Thread: my black berry destop manager is not working on my pc..plz help me ..plz

when i download the blackberry destop manager(whick is the ltest version) from this website ..when i install it and i get the shortcut icon on my destop..then when i click it it says black berry destop software has stop working and windows is checking for solutions then that page just automatically closes and nothing happens..i try running it as administrator but still nothing...please i need help my phone really needs to be updated...soo plz members who have ideas on how to fix please tell me ok plz...thanks

Try and delete the software, reboot your computer, then download the latest version from this link... BlackBerry - Desktop Software - US

Now reinstall, reboot, and try it again.
