Thread: hi guys help on my 8900

phones boot down butnot up.only way i can get it to start up is pull the batt...i wipe and install a higher os....and same issue.what else can i try?

Have you tried a different battery?

Have you tried a security wipe? Make sure to backup your phone first if you have important info.

Yes I did a security wipe..guess am out of options lol

I can't think of anything else other than it may be a hardware issue where the battery is influx.
