Thread: need your help guys.

My 8900 power down but don't power up back. I have to take out the battery for the phone to be turn on.can you please help me?

Does it need a charge? What happens when you plug the charger in?

What OS are you currently running? To check go to Options... About... and read me the 3rd line down.

The phones take charge and is currently fully charge and works fine..but when I turn it off and try to turn back on it does not come back on...only way I can get it to turn back on is to pull the battery out and back in and then it boot up back.

I can't download any operating system from this site. It keeps telling me to wait or i opened the page in error. Please what does that mean?

I would recommend installing a higher OS to see if that handles the problem.

Please provide the link to the page you are trying to download from.

For now, clear your browsers cache, restart your browser, and then try again.
