Thread: SIM lock after ugrade OS ??

Hello

I have one doubt with my SIM unlocked Curve 8900.
The OS version is 4.6
Could block the sim card to upgrade the OS to version 5.0 ??

As to previous answer, when you unlock a cellpphone/sim it remains unlocked. This is regardless of wipes/upgrades, the device/sim remains unlocked.

Agree, unlocked Blackberry will stay unlocked - after removing the SIM lock with a Blackberry unlocking code it won't come back and you can play with the software without getting it locked once again.
