Thread: 8900 issue

so, i didnt have a backup on my computer because it was reformatted and i lost everything, i installed the desktop manager again and plugged my phone into the computer i went to install the updates into my pphone and it never finished, now my phone is stuck on a screen that says "blackberry platform 4.2.0.108" and it wont let me out of it. any help at all would be greatly appreciated, i just need my phone working again.
