The Canada Best Buy site has the Rogers 8520 listed for $99.99 on a new 3 year agreement, while it's $449.99 with no contract. Not in stock yet, but it has a nice little estimated release date of October 9, 2009 with the pre order. We know 8520 material (dummy phones) has shipped to Rogers stores already. If the October 9th release date is true will Rogers announce it before hand? Or will they announce it day off?
