Default Could the 8520 show signs of the Storm 2?

I got into really looking at the 8520 tonight. The more I looked at it the more I was drawn to it. Then I started to see something. I started to see a bit of the Storm 2 in this Curve. Now obviously, this is no where near the Storm 2 but there's one thing that really makes me see a little bit of the Storm 2 in it. Let me show you.

    Do you see it?

    Now? One more.

Now? If you take away the keyboard and remove the optical track pad, you got yourself the Storm 2 screen. May just be a coincidence but I personally think the 8520 may also be helping RIM out with how the public adapts to the screen which is on the Storm 2. Only assumptions but I think there is more behind this phone then we are made to think. It may be a lower end BB but I think it also is providing RIM some much needed feedback for their Storm 2. I could be wrong.

I can easily see a Storm 2 screen.

Here is a quick shot if the track pad was removed and the keyboard was removed.

I can easily see a Storm 2 screen.

The question I am curious to know is how does the trackpad feel?

Very interesting, I agree with you BBOS I believe this will help the consumers adapt to the S2 screen.

Same thing I thought when I tried it in store. It really is just a mini version of a pad on a laptop. With the exception of it having slightly more grip.
