Have you tried another BlackBerry Battery ? Can you explain your problem a bit more .
hi prince, yes i have tried 2 other battries and still the same, its working ok only the second to botto row of keys if i press 7 i get 7 and 8 on the screen 9 gived a 9 and v and so on really puzzeled now lol
Hi skippy can you recall correctly if your device ever got wet ? If it is then remove the battery from the back keep it over any heat emitting appliances like TVset or on your car dashboard just make sure that it is completely dry and then try an OS reload .
