Thread: Blackberry ID log-in: an error occured

hi

I registered my blackberry ID to download applications etc, but whenever I try to log in to blackberry ID: a message pops up: "an error occured, please try again later"

I have infact tried later but it never works. Then decided to register again, tried different email addresses and different passwords but it never works, just the same message. As a result none of my applications can be updated.

I can't even remember what the last combination of email and password I registered. i am lost.

Make sure your time zone is set correctly then try again:

1. On the Home screen or in the Applications folder, click the Clock icon.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Set Time.
4. Change the Update Time field to Manual.
5. Click the Time field.
