Thread: Can't send pics to BBM Contacts after upgrading BBM Messenger

Is anyone having issues sending pics through BBM messenger or directly through the media app. I've tried making the file smaller and nothing works.... HELP!!!

Have you updated to the latest version of BBM?

Yes I currently have v6 and unforunately that's when I started experiencing the problem.

Have you tried sending pics that are stored on your SD card, as well as your device?

With one version of BBM6 I was having the same issue, however, it was only with pics which were stored on my SD card. Those stored on my device I could send without any issues. The problem has since been fixed with the latest release of BBM6, but prior to that I had to copy pics I wanted to send to my device from the card.
