Unfortunately, I don't seem to think of any apps that do this. Maybe you can record your voice, then change it with audacity!

Yea, I don't think there are any that will change the sound of your voice on the fly. But there may be some that you can record you voice, then change it, and play it back. Thanks Joseph.. your replies are always helpful. However, the application is a bit notorious and i wouldn't recommend it.

Yea, I figured it was a bit shady seeing the reviews on it.
