Thread: OS installing problems

I have done it many time, i have 5.0.0.681. I am also trying to install a hybrid.

When i launch the app loader nothing comes up once it gets to the screen where you normally see the OS selected... Can someone please help.

Did you delete your old OS from your pc?

someone please... It doesnt make sense, I have done it tons of time to my 9000, I am trying to do it to my girls 8520... I run the Apploader and once it gets to the install window nothing shows up but Aerize Optimizer.

Yes I did... Hence why I don't understand what is happening. I have never had this problem.

Someone? Anyone? Please? Any ideas what could be causing this?

Have you deleted the vendor.xml file and tried to install while disconnected from the internet? Are you using Windows 7?

I deleted the XML file... Didnt try being disconnected. Vista 32U

Couple of things: Restart your PC, uninstall all prior os's, and disconnect from the internet as dbone suggested.
