I don't think the 8310 has seen any update since the release of this hybrid. What sort of problems are you having?
Well if someone sitting NEXT to me offers me a picture over lets say bb messenger, a 240kb will take like 2-3 minutes for me to get. Also when I use it as a modem, I used to get 314kbps, now i get less than half that.

Was that before you installed the hybrid?
I think so, i recently set it up as a modem....
I would try going back to the official OS and see if that fixes the problems.
4.5 rel. 163 is the latest right?
I have BIS, so what can I shrink (just in case i took out something i shouldnt)
i will then test the speedtest.net speeds
then will do hybrid, see what happens

yes, .163 is the latest for 8310.
I Did a Full Wipe on my 8310 with Jl Cmdr, I hoped the AT&T brand screen would've dissappear. I installed the .163 OS, and then did the Hybrid again, Shrinked the OS, and also did MaxMem, which I always do.
Results: I never did a Full wipe, it runs so much smoother and swifter. But I was hoping to debrand it....oh well. I will now try again the speednet test.
