She's on BIS. She not too into the whole download & update procedure, that's why I'm trying to find the easiest way for her to do it. I could do it blind folded, but I'm FL & she's in OR. I see where you're going with that tho. The DM would pick up the OS on the PC. I'll let her download it from that link. Thanks

BK thanks for correcting that lmao i meant 4.5 but didnt catch that i typed that lol dont know where I got 4.6

She went ahead & TRIED to update the OS by herself without calling me first like I told her to. I wanted her to remove any OS that was already on the PC. She finally call me back after numerous unanswered calls & msgs. Her phone crashed cause there was on OS on the PC that I had her download a month ago, which DM picked & she hit update. She doesn't know my number off hand. So she spent 2+hrs in the sprint store getting her OS re-installed after getting error 507, luckily she backed up right before it happened. She's back up & running & loving BBM 5.0. If she had only call me first..........
