Thread: BlackBerry 8320 issue

So, my sister has the blackberry curve 8320 and she doesn't have the data package. Thats not the issue, her camera isn't working, when she presses the camera key, it says "could not start the camera, close applications and try again" she has no applications open or running and I tried to pull her battery and restart it, but the same message occurred. she hasn't installed any apps or themes since she doesn't have the data package so if anyone has any idea what to do, let me know!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jblair I'd like to know what OS is she running on her phone.

To find that go to options, about, and on the third line you should find that info.

i'll post what os it is in the mornin her phone is upstairs

she is running on
v4.5.0.81

I am going to tell you what I know about that.. you can try a battery pull, try reloading the os, but in the end I had to get my phone replaced
