Thread: Question about calendar in today theme

it appears that my calendar entries on the today themes on my curve do not appear, is there a simple way to fix this? thanks

options > advanced > default services > make sure the proper calendar is set to default

Your theme will only display your default calendar

very bad with tech stuff...how do i sync the calendars?

No need to sync to cure your OP issue but if you want to sync, launch Desktop Manager on your PC and it will allow you to configure the sync relationship with your device. For a more detailed walkthrough of this process I'm sure there's a tutorial on here. I'll grab you a link if nobody beats me to it

ok how do i make sure the proper calendar is set to default? this just happened

is that on all berries? cause my storm shows all 6 of my calendars?

Typically a today theme only displays the default calendar on the home screen in my experience. In the calendar app itself, all calendars would show up. Are you saying your Storm shows all 6 on your today theme home screen?

Note: if no option appears here then the system default calendar will automatically be in use.

yes for instance today i work my wife works, and tom same thing it has both (i only have 4 spaces) days both of us and her calendar is from her phone and mine is from my phone(by email address) i use google sync maybe this is y?

Interesting... I would like to hear from one of the theme devs on this one because I know nothing about making themes. The today themes I have always used would show my default theme on the homescreen but there may be ways they make themes where it pulls from all. Typically when someone is posting that their appointments aren't showing up, the default calendar is the fix. I'm always learning though so we'll see if anyone can school us on this

yea i have vista complete by KD, so I dont know.. a few others have done this as well....weird, another thing alot of people dont know to is if it is a hidden today that you have to highlight the calendar icon for it to show info

my hidden today shows my calendar for more than one calendar too :P somehow facebook birthdays got on there :lmao:

whew thought I was going crazy the only 2 calendars it dont show are the ones I imported for football from yahoo everything else shows.
