because, last time i tried to upgrade my firmware, that was a big failure, error 507 appeared on my BB screen, i can't do anything, when i try to install again BB device software, always failed..

If you run into error 507, do a wipe again (use BBSAK or JL, both links/instructions in the guide). Try restarting PC as well. If you wipe and get Reload software 507, all it means is there is no software on the phone and you are ready to load it.

Error 523 is usually cause by an app that is causing issues on your device or is incompatible with the OS. Do a battery pull....Once your phone comes back on, I strongly encourage your to back up your phone AND 3rd party apps, then attempt to upgrade.

owhh understand, so error 507 just appeared when there's nothing software inside BB??
but why when i tried to load it again, using DM 4.2 (several weeks ago), loader always failed to load BB software, message error from loader was "can't work on multi-boot..", what was that meaning for?
