Thread: Quick questions about 8330 on vzw

My other half got the curve. I updated the os to .138, and then tried .160 but it kept shutting off. I wiped with JLcmd, just wondering if anyone else had problems. I did 3+ batt pulls trying to correct this. I finally wiped and reloaded .138.

Now I have noticed that she cant set custom text ringers like you can on the storm...and when I say custom I mean for like my text msgs to come through as a certain ringer and everyone elses different. Is this just how the curve is or did I get something wrong, or is it just this os? I had read people having some trouble with the custom profiles on .138. I will try to reload .160 another day but for now. TIA

we can but only for phone calls. doesnt allow you to do phone calls and text unless i forgot something I will have to try when I get home as she kept her phone today.

I always do before i even back up i remove it....had one go corrupt on me... and i got a 6month old so lost alot of good shit
