My friend is having camera issues. When I open up the camera it gives me a "could not start camera,close other apps and try again" I closed all apps and same thing. 3 batt pulls and samething. So I wiped and loaded .160 from .77. 3 batt pulls and still same thing. Do you think this may be a hardware issue?

The easiest way is to verify is to reload .77 and try it again. If you have the same result then it would be a hardware issue. If not, then a software issue.
Yea, I'm going to tell him that but I know his answer is going to be no. He likes .160 but was quite nervous when I did all this. Lol. He's probablly going to send it back to vzw and get a replacement. Thanks bb

If he sends it back to VZW he needs to have the official os on the device anyway or the may void the warranty and charge him for the replacement
Yea, I told him this but I don't think he belives me. I told him let's load .77 back on just to confirm what I think but he said no. He said he's going to go to verizon today and see if they can help,lmao. This guy has issues. He wouldn't let me load a new os on until he started having this issue. Then after I loaded .160 he loves it despite it still having the camera issue. Lol. Know he doesn't want to try anything else but think that the idiots down at the store are somehow going to fix it. I'm pretty much done with it as I neither have the patiance nor the time to go back and forth with him if he's not going to belive what I'm saying. So if they charge him for a new device I guess he'll learn the hard and expensive way. Thanks BB.
