Thread: How do I restore my Blackberry Curve 83xx to factory settings?

I recently did a update to my Blackberry & it's not what I expected it to be. Seems more like a setback than a update; e.g. bbm is different & etc. How do I reset everything? Like out of the box NEW!

You haven't mentioned the model or your carrier, so you will want to start by going into our download section and seeing if your original os can be found under that carrier's name. Use the link below...
