No I do not use BES or BIS. I'll be upgrading tonight or tomorrow and I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Thanks for the help so far!

I'm using Shrink-A-OS on the new OS, and I can only get these sizes:

    Before: 49.04
    After: 22.39

Compared to 19.96 after a OS shrink on my current OS.

I'm going to upgrade anyways, it will be worth it if it can help my memory leak. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

I can't upgrade. There is no option to upgrade when I run Loader.exe. Same with Desktop Manager, the new OS doesn't show on the list.

    What do I do? I think it's because it's AT&T and I'm using T-Mobile. And yes, I did delete Vendor.xml

Search your computer for vendor.xml. Sometimes there's more than one copy of it. I've installed AT&T's OS's on my Tmobile Curve numerous times in the past so that shouldn't be an issue.

Sunkast is correct. No way Loader.exe would not recognize it if you deleted the .vendor.xml file

Searched, didn't find anything. When I run the loader.exe there is nowhere for it to upgrade the OS, because it doesn't recognize the newest OS installed...

Do you have any other OS's installed? Open desktop manager. Go to Help > About. Change tot he last tab that says Device Software. What is listed?
