Freezed up phone

Heyy :) . I have a blackberry 9300 . Couple days ago it was working perfectly but all of a sudden it froze up and the small clock face appeared and has not gone away since . I cant make calls , read messages/bbm's or do anything at all . I downloaded the blackberry desktop software and connected my device to it but it wont discover it because its constantly loading and thats why i cant access the phone . Everything is perfectly fine its just that clock face loading face wont come off the screen and im at the point of livid.

Hello wennwenn13! Sounds like you are quite frustrated! Try this: with Desktop Manager on and your phone connected, give your phone a battery pull. Once your phone starts to come back on,.the DM should prompt you to reload your os. See if that works and post back with the results. Good luck!

Always, always, always do a battery pull when something like this happens. You didn't say whether you did so I am assuming not. That's fixes 98%+ of the time. Good luck if you have to reload the OS. Follow the instructions here at BBOS and all will be fine
