Thread: blackberry 9300 stuck on loading loop. please help

hello
i have a blackberry 9300 thats is stuck on the loading loop
red light followed by the blackberry loading screen which loads too quick, gets stuck 3 quarters of the way then turns off. when connected to a pc it just makes the connection sound then a few seconds later disconnects then connects. using the blackberry desktop program it shows up 9300 but keeps on disconnecting and connecting. the left ctrl alt and del dont work and when i do the application loader option it dont show the os for the device

i need a manual os download from somewhere so i can add to application loader. i think that is the only way
can anyone help? solutions

I have had this happen to my Torch 9850. What I did was a few battery pull restarts in succession. Then plug it in the charger and reboot again. Sometimes the OS gets hung up like this and needs a jolt to get it back up. This could be due to an app that you installed recently.
