Thread: download speed slow

My service provider say there's nothing wrong on their side that causes the slow downloads,this is going on now for 3days,will it stay that way with under 10kb/s?

It could be many things that are affecting the radio signal. Have you tried a battery pull restart on your device? Sometimes that allows the device to refresh and run better.

Thanks Joe,but I've tried everything.I suspect the RIM company is doing something to slow all the free downloads and that their system can't keep up.My opinion only.

What OS version are you running?

In order for us to further help you, can you kindly specify your BB device and the OS? I do understand how you feel as speed is one major concern of BB users.. However, RIM has nothing to do with the slow download as there are lots of factors causing it..
