When downloading the OS after deleting the vendor file, you are NOT using Desktop Manager for that download, right?
OK Ahmed, I've reread this entire 4 page thread and everything we've discussed should have solved the problem if there was a software issue. I'm leaning toward a hardware issue now. I believe that we are out of fixes because it is a hardware issue.
Take it back the the carrier, show them the problem and request a warranty replacement.
