Thread: 413 entity too large issue

I can download files almost 300 mb size without issues but when i try to dnload a os 6 for 930 i got this issue, the file is just 160 mb how can i setup the browser to allowme to dnload ?

Are you trying to update your device via OTA? Or, are you trying to download the OS to your computer and install via Desktop Manager?

what I try to do is to download the new os on the blackberry then tranfer to the pc and use the desktop manager to install it bcs I dont have internet on my pc. I think maybe is the kind of file issue should not be the size , I try it on other webs include the official blackberry.com but same issue. In the bb i have a 2 gb memory card
