Thread: Error message

Hi evry1,
Newbie member here .... my first BB and I'm liking it. When I try to put in my home location on the GPS, having followed all the instructions numerous times, I get the error message "Location not found". This despite the arrow showing my exact location on the onscreen map.
Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Jonty, welcome to BBOS.

Have you tried to disable your wireless connection from your phone? Sometimes a phone will by default search for a location through the wireless connection rather than on GPS.
