Thread: Error 500 Viber and Wikitude

Hello Everyone,

Newbie here looking for assistance.

I try to connect my Viber and Wikitude profile to my facebook account. I get redirected to the browser screem and proceed to log-in, then get a 500 internal error everytime. Initially I thought it was my connection, but I've tried connecting to different networks, and turning off wi-fi to connect directly through BIS, still no go.

I've checked the bb official site, which says that I need to update my security settings? This is a personal phone, does this mean I have to download an enterprise tool?

It could very well be an issue with Viber. I suggest contacting their developers at support@viber.com to see if they know of the issue.
