    Network Selection Option is not available

    I have unlocked T-Mobile Dakota 9900. I don't see any Network Selection Option on the menu, could it be that this is a hardware problem (defect handset) or it is just software problem or T-mobile handset doesnt have network selectionoption. i'm also unable to switching to 2G mode network only option as it alwyas in 4G/3G & 2G option. Any advice ? Thanks a lot

    scroll to top of home screen. Click on options . Scroll to networks and connection. Click networks and connections. Click mobile network. Scroll to network technology and click. Select gsm/umts . 3g&2g will be shown . Click and select either or . Or leave and it will switch back and forth depending on which is available.

    It depends if that option is available on two factors. Is the OS the blackberry carrier OS? And it depends if that carrier has that frequency.

    you should have the option to change the network mode to whatever options there are available when you click the network mode
