Help me..

i donno what happened after upgraded with new OS 569 - my bbm cant received the pictures and also i cant open the pic i took with. when i try to open the pic they have the image logo with the key and when i open they said read only and i cant open it. anyone can help me out from this ?

Have you tried to removed & reinstall BBM?

i did but no results......even i wiped the device but still

Did you try the OTA download for BBM?
