Thread: Soft/Hard Reset Issue brings up carrier selection?

Every time I do a soft-reset (from uninstalling software) or do a battery pull it comes up with this screen. I dont think this is normal and i have my BB set to auto detect/ select which carrier...

found out whats wrong... its dell voice.

My 9900 shows the same on every startup, so have you uninstalled Dell voice to get rid of this issue??

No because I am using a different area code for my dell voice than my regular phone but i have plans to get rid of it because of the many annoyances dealing with this app
