Thread: Problem installing new OS 7.1

I downloaded the new software OS 7.1 from my blackberry 9900, though it was interrupted twice and I had to resume download till download was complete. I was prompted to install the new software, it got to the stage of backing update and it has stalled and couldn't go further, now I am stuck and the phone is almost useless as I had to remove batteries several times still no luck. Please can anyone help
