I change the battery every day (due to the short life) . This may sound crazy, but is there any possibility that the battery may have something to do with it? The irregularity of it may come and go due to me changing the battery out. Any thoughts?

I've read others have said the new .523 for the 9900 takes care of the problem...

You may want to try installing the new OS release that can be found in the forums.

    I wouldn't think so.

Yup, the craziness is confirmed, for the past 6 days i have kept tabs on my batteries. Same routine, Same usage, same everything... Only difference is the battery. Cursor has a mind of its own, volume buttons are rendered useless and voice command prompt decides to run (usually at the most inconvenient time!) Logically it doesn't make any sense, but it happens. Thanks for everyones help.

Have you tried anything in regards to reloading the OS as suggested by newshutr?
