I don't understand what you mean trying to call Simtool kit ?

Are you trying to backup your SIM card possibly?

Is that what you mean?

Also, can you please update your BBOS profile to reflect your current BlackBerry device, from Torch 9800, to Bold 9900.

just wondering when i try to call up my bold 9900 A simtool kit pop up in the screen
I don't know what is that so I'am trying to ask if someone have this experience
I'am not copying my sim or doing anything just making a call.....

Not really sure what you were saying about that SimTool Kit as I never encountered it when I was using the .267.. Best thing I can suggest, which I believe the others would agree, is by upgrading your OS to the Official OS 7.1.0.284

I highly recommend this! Trust me, it'll end the issues you're having with your device
