Thread: 9930 problem with so 7.1 HELP!!!!!

Hi all,
I received a Sprint branded Blackberry Bold 9930 as a gift. The phone is completely unlocked, Everything worked perfect, Until I UPDATE to os 7.1 and now LET ME Makes/receives calls and SMS but no data connection. Is anyone able to help me with the configuration process for the data service.).Please tell me if I need to provide further information to receive your help.Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

Go to Networks and Connections»Mobile Network»Data ....is it off or on?

Hey toro, What does it say in the host routing table? does it say "No entries"?

Options>Device>Advanced system settings>Host routing table

if it says no entries it sounds like your data service isn't functioning correctly. Did you check with your mobile provider to make sure that you have the blackberry service on their end?

Go to "network connections". Click on "mobile network". Click your menu button. Click on "update profile". Wait a sec and you should receive confirmation that it's been updated. Your internet should now work. Please post back if it fixed it. Good luck!

Sorry for the delay in answering back to you sooner, what issue are you experiencing with your BlackBerry Bold 9930?

Can you not access the call waiting feature?

Have you enabled it?

in my verizon mobile there is no enable option and problem is in my BBM that anybody PINGS me the sound goes off and then i have to take out battery and start up full mobile once again.In verizon call waiting system is not there but in blackberry call waiting is there.9930 verizon mobile from where we will get update software??
