I'm french, I bought a BOLD 9900 at the operator SFR, I have unlock the phone !

Now I have only problems !! When we phone me, it's occupied. Nobody can contact me.

And I can't send of message text or receive.

Welcome to loulou86

Go to Manage Connections, and make sure your Mobile Network is turned on like the picture below.

Let me know if you have successfully solved this issue.

My Mobile Network is turned on like the picture below ! It's not my first Blackberry, I had 9700 before !
I know the blackberry phone, the problem is more serious a single network connection in my menu

I only suggested this option as sometimes people can simply forget to turn the device on (you'd be surprised), so now we know that isn't the problem in your case.

I have ruled either an improper SIM card insert, defective SIM card, improper time zone, or data services is or has been disabled under mobile network.

Try a battery pull, reboot phone, then let me know if anything has changed.

Always the same problem after a reboot. In my opinion I lost Unlock of my 9900, after the update this one.
Everything worked during the unlock of my 9900, having updated it I had only problems.
