Bold 9900 Trackpad Problem

I think, the trackpad of my Bold 9900 has a problem? I can use the trackpad to scroll up, down, left, right. But when I click, it s not function at all as such click to zoom, click to pop up menu, click to select items etc.

Anyone has same problem? And any idea how to solve it?

I know that a few people have had this issue and the end result was that they had to return the device.

Thank for your info. I think the hardware problem. Need to return and replace another one :d
