Thread: stuck on 17% in a software update

i really need some help here my 9900 been stuck on 17% in a software update for 12 hours help

What part of the update is it stuck on? Loading modules? Backing up device?

This happened on my Mac. Using the desktop manager on Windows was fine. Depending where the issue is, you might be able to just cancel it and try again.

As ice2921 said - where is it stuck?
