Please guys i need your help as my blackberry bold 9900 is not coming up after reboot. It is showing error in java application reload soft ware

The reason users get this message is the phone's OS code becomes corrupt, and needs to be refreshed- just like a reboot.
Anytime this happens, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot, just like ice2921 says above me.
Wait for about 1-5 min, see if this has solved your problem.
Unfortunately, unlike all computing devices, BlackBerry's suffer from memory leaks, and a hard reboot is the best cure.

Another possible reason is a bad application the user may have installed on the phone.

To find this application in question, type (from the main screen) hold down Alt+LGLG (you won't see it on the screen).
This shows you the log file (many pages) look for "uncaught exception".
Click on this line, the name of the app in question is your problem.
Remove this app, and you remove the problem.
