Hello house. I'm a new member. I recently purchase a new unbranded bold 9900 but when I try to connect it to my 6.01 desktop manager, the response I get is " unrecornise device. Please someone should help cos I need to upgrade the OS. Thanks.

Yeah. I installed the old version then replace it with the new version without deleting. I've upgraded my bb now. Thanks
