Thread: GPS issues with 9900

Anyone else having GPS issues with their Bold 9900?

My phone is unable to detect location for several apps, including FourSquare, Gowalla & BeWeather.

Any thoughts, ideas?

I was also, it seems to be working fine now. Try update satellites location and have all other tracking boxes checked.
I had my phone a few days now and it's getting more stable as it burns in. I think some updates in the software in the future will fix a lot of small bugs. This was the case with the 9700...........oceanghost

This helps, there still is a issue, as I will get a location, always the same, but 17 miles away. When I refresh accuracy is 4500 meters, which is not too good.
Then after awhile it fines my location down to 3 meters....oceanghost


UPDATED> It's not the phone! I switched back to Bold 9700 and have same issues. Must be a GPS satellite issue with the server.........oceanghost

I have frequent GPS issues as well.

i never had a problem with GPS locking on to my device.
