Thread: BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930 Harmony Ad Hits YouTube

BlackBerry's official YouTube channel just uploaded this latest advertisement called "Harmony." The ad hits on some of the key points that make the BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930 series the greatest out there. Honestly, it's well done commercial but in my opinion it is still not the way RIM should be advertising. I understand a commercial like this is geared more towards the business side of BlackBerry, but unfortunately it is still too vanilla for my taste. When you compare it to some of the iPhone and HTC Android commercials out there, this one definitely leaves something to be desired.

It's not a bad ad.

RIM really needs to step up it's marketing beyond what it has been, and really promote their products, why its different than the other brands out there, and why the consumer should choose BlackBerry.

Example, why is this BlackBerry better that the previous ones (other than showing that it has a touch screen)? It's the best of both worlds a touch screen with the iconic BlackBerry keyboard, better faster OS, etc.

Marketing really needs to reinvent itself!

This model actually has the larger QWERTY keyboard. It's a great size, not too big, not to small. Easy to type.
