So after an hour on the phone with tech support (level 1 and 2), I have to go into a Verizon store to get a new Bold 9930.
Here's the back story:
I got my Bold a few days ago and tried to connect it to my home WiFi network. It shows a solid connection with the SSID at the top with white bars. But I can't get it to browse to any webpage while on WiFi. As soon as I turn it off, it works just fine. By the way, 3G connection + the new browser = a quick experience.
So with all the battery pulls, and reloaded the OS...there is nothing they can do.
