We have to thank @_Lucky45 for his hard work bringing us this OS7 theme for the Bold 9790, since we all know that the Theme Builder for OS7 devices has not yet been released by RIM.

Out of all the themes for OS7 devices, chiffhobbes, I have installed this theme on my BB Bold 9900, and never removed it.

I see you are running OS 7.1. It could be that the theme is only compatible with OS 7.0.
