    Email

    My daughter messed up her passwords while in town with the wife and had to reset the phone, but now I can't get the email set up to do anything.

    Must be something simple I am not seeing. Anyone help us out please?

    Its it on the Bold 9900? Also what message are you getting?

    No - its on the 9780 I gave to my daughter.

    No error message. When I go into options, and then into the email accounts page (where you can also add your messaging and bbm etc, if I click on the Email Accounts icon, nothing happens....

    I have just updated the OS.

    I did what it said in that link, and it moves me to a white scrren with her e-mail written across the the top, then beneath tht it says "Completed (0.0 B/s)

    Then I did something else (checked that I had everything else done (bbm, social media etc) and tried again and finally got it working.
