    Headphones and Ringtones

With my headphones plugged in, if I get an incoming call, my (mp3) ringtones plays through the handset rather than the headphones. How do I get my phone to use the headphones too for calls? (BBM and texts notify through them fine).

    Paul.
I've heard of this issue before and notifications will go through fine but incoming call will ring your handset and not through headphones. The media you are listening to should pause when a call comes in. Press the button on headphone wire to answer call and when call is complete press button again to end call. Media will start playback right were it paused to take call.

    Paul.

    Welcome to Paul

Most BlackBerry & other branded headsets have the ability to play music, hear BBM notifications, or receive incoming calls to their headset.

When I wear my BeatsPro headphones to listen to music, if an incoming call comes in, you need to press headset on your phone, speak through the phone , listen through the headphones.

Hopes that helps answer your question
