I'm assuming you are running OS 6 and I know there are limits as to what size file you can send and how many. Try sending a smaller file size pic.

yea but some pictures taken can be so large. I went back to the older version of bbm and that works just fine so until they sort that out i'll just continue using it. Too much hastle to resize picture

what version of BBM was giving you issues?

Problem started when i upgraded to bbm v6.0.0.129. I know of others who use it and have no issues but none of them have a 9780 so i'm assuming its an issue with the phone and that software.

It's possible but I know of a few people using the 9780 that aren't having any issues with .129 so my next question would be what would happen when you tried to send pictures taken by your camera?

I ask this because when I send a picture out, BBM automatically resizes it so you can send the file more quickly. If the person then wants the original file size, they can click "Request Higher Quality Picture."

Also, another issue that could be affecting how you send pictures over BBM is the recipients' BBM version. If they have a 5.0 version or even a 4.x version of BBM, then you could encounter some problems. Let us know in more detail what the problem was exactly.

when i try to send pictures taken by the camera some get re-sized small enough to be sent. others don't get re-sized at all and those don't allow u to highlight the send option. They all have version 6.0. I'm now running bbm v5.0.2.12

Problem solved, i got the updated bbm v6.0.1.32 they seem to sort the bug out but thanks guys for your help.
