Hi I have a blackberry 9780 which use 2 download at 120 kbps but now it downloads at 5kbs I'll b luky if it reaches 10 I only have the phone 2 months now

Dude check with your carrier and how are you using edge or 3g

First thing to always try when your BlackBerry starts acting up. With the phone on, remove the battery and let sit while you go get a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. After a couple of minutes, replace the battery, fire it up, and check your download speed.
