Thread: Slow Download speeds

Hi there. I have had my Bold 9780 for about 3 or 4 months now and at first the download speeds were great. Now i dont ever get over 15kb/s...

How can i fix this?

Hi Sonic, check your settings by going to Manage Connections... Mobile Network... and try messing with your settings in there.

Also depending on how long this has been going on for, it may have to do with the radio towers from your service provider. If the settings tweaks don't help you will want to call them to see if anything is affecting the signal in your area.
