application error 606
My wife's BB 9780 rebooted automatically yesterday after she clicked a link on facebook. Now the screen is blank white and says app error 606
When I select reset, it reboots but keeps coming back to the same screen.
Looks like I have to re-install the OS but my laptop is not connecting to the device through the USB.
Has anyone faced this problem and can you tell me how to fix the device?

Called Orange Technical Services in the end and as the BBerry (that they supplied) is within the 12 mth warranty, they are doing a straight swap - as they said they can't fix it. Good luck if you also encounter this problem, this got the better of me.
